  • Full responsibility for sales and profit contribution of a specific sales region
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your regions and territories; projecting expected sales numbers and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales targets, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with market status, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Support of key accounts and conducting contract negotiations as well as generating new business by managing and developing current channels (broadcast & entertainment and corporate accounts) and new clients in related segments
  • Maintain intensive contacts with clients to identify long-term time trends in demand and supply behaviour
  • Work closely with the other divisions to implement the findings from market and competitive analysis, in particular product management, development, production, marketing and project management
  • Participation in optimization and continuous development of the sales organization through continuous improvement of business processes
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and events
  • Active participation in special projects


  • Successfully completed (preferred technical) university studies, e.g. in industrial engineering or a combination of business and technology
  • Proven sales experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment market
  • Personality is key – We are looking for a business-minded personality that is respected and accepted in sales issues by the management, colleagues and employees
  • Knowledge of communication, audio and video technology as well as IT-based systems and their business models
  • Team player that fits the personality and basic setting of the Riedel Middle East office, Dubai
  • Ability to cross-domain thinking and willingness to collaborate closely with other company functions
  • Mobility and willingness to travel
  • Arabic (fluent to mothertongue) and English as a must-have. Other languages, particularly German, are a plus
