As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of rental projects while working closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams. Experience the fascination of high-profile productions and contribute to seamless project execution in a dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You manage incoming rental requests via email and telephone and ensure timely and professional responses.
  • You coordinate top-up hire projects in close collaboration with the sales team to support customer needs.
  • You create and manage smaller-scale projects within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data and smooth execution.
  • You support operational planning, including crewing and logistics coordination for rental projects.
  • You assist with administrative processes in the rental ERP, including equipment availability, project documentation, and billing.
  • You help oversee departmental assets and contribute to efficient resource management.

THAT'S YOU

  • Strong client-facing attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience or familiarity with rental-specific ERP systems (Protonic Easyjob desirable)
  • Knowledge of the live events and/or broadcast industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in event rental operations, logistics, or project management desirable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
