Come with us as Technology Lead (m/f/d) - Broadcast & Event Solutions on this exciting journey in our Sydney office and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action. In this role, you will help deliver high-end technology solutions for broadcast and event customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You work closely with the project management team to design technology solutions based on Riedel’s product portfolio for Managed Technology projects.
  • You design and implement infrastructure building blocks that support the quoting and delivery of customer projects.
  • You act as the technical lead on Tier 1 projects by designing, programming, and overseeing the implementation of IP networks, radio systems, communication equipment, and IT infrastructure.
  • You provide remote technical support for live events, including support during nights and weekends when required.
  • You serve as the primary technical interface between Riedel MT ANZ and Riedel MT HQ regarding infrastructure strategy and new solution design.
  • You collaborate closely with our Managed Technology ANZ and product division ANZ to ensure best practices for Riedel products and technologies.
  • You take ownership of internal MT technology assets, including the ROC, cloud infrastructure, and installed radio networks.

THAT'S YOU

  • Personality is vital - we are looking for someone who is able to navigate the challenges of event work and deliver a high level of service to our customers
  • Several years of experience in broadcast and/or live event technology environments
  • Technical competency in dealing with IP networking, radio, intercom, audio and IP tech-nology
  • Ability to read, understand and draw schematics for technical systems.
  • Active team player and communicator who is self-confident and results-driven.
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, excellent attention to detail, and work to the highest standards
  • Customer-oriented personality with the ability to manage the dynamic challenges of live event operations
  • Domestic and some international travel will be no problem for you
