Join us as Senior User Experience (UX) Architect (m/d/f) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

In this role, you will operate at system level rather than screen level, focusing on the structure, logic and scalability of UX across complex product ecosystems. You will work across multiple domains and product families, shaping workflows, navigation and interaction models while ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience. This position is not focused on UI production or visual design execution, but on defining the architectural foundation behind intuitive and efficient user experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You define and maintain scalable Information Architecture, including taxonomy, navigation models, access logic and content structures across multiple product families and domains.
  • You contribute to the definition and evolution of personas, workflows and end-to-end flow maps to ensure alignment between user needs, system structures and product decisions.
  • You ensure consistency and coherence of the user experience across different products, product families and teams by defining UX patterns, design archetypes, naming conventions and terminology.
  • You collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering teams and Design System owners to align UX structures and scalable workflows.
  • You contribute to the evolution of the Design System by aligning patterns with real workflows and system-level UX requirements.
  • You define and support UX research frameworks, templates and synthesis processes while translating research insights into scalable UX models and structural decisions.
  • You support the UX/UI team through transparent communication and architectural guidance across complex multi-domain topics.

THAT'S YOU

  • Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a comparable qualification
  • Strong experience in Information Architecture, workflow design and defining scalable UX structures, navigation models and interaction patterns for complex, enterprise-level or multi-domain systems
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods, synthesis processes and the ability to translate ambiguity and research insights into clear, scalable solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate structural decisions across design, product and engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma and FigJam, as well as a good understanding of UI design principles
  • Experience in broadcast, media production, sports or live production environments, ideally combined with familiarity with audio, video or intercom systems and workflows
  • Understanding of real-time systems, signal flows, operator-driven interfaces and complex hardware-software ecosystems is considered a strong plus
