Our Product Division develops, produces and distributes audio, video, IT and communication solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from ideation and concept over development and production transfer to successful product release.
  • For this you are expected to improve the transition of products from Development to Production by ensuring all parties – R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Customer Success - are on the same page.
  • You coordinate agile and traditional development teams inside and outside the organization, for example external suppliers.
  • You foster a collaboration centered team approach to NPI that is driven by results.
  • You will implement and control a risk-, change- and configuration management and communicate to optimize speed of transition and management of various stakeholders.

THAT'S YOU

  • Successful completion of technical university studies (e.g. Electronic / Software Engineering) or relevant experience in a related business environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience paired with a PMP or equivalent certification.
  • We are looking for a person with strong leadership skills to form teams and lead them to success. This includes strong communication, conflict management and planning skills.
  • Technical experience ideally in Engineering or Production Engineering to understand the product to be developed and being able to challenge work and to identify risks.
  • Fluency in English and German to communicate effectively in a multinational team, other languages are a plus.
