Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You take responsibility for parts of the technical design planning and lead the technical implementation, depending on your level of expertise
  • You will plan, organize, and manage national and international multi-sport and multi-venue projects from tendering through to execution.
  • You will work closely with our specialist departments, take on operational planning, and keep a constant eye on both technical requirements and commercial constraints.
  • You will support projects as the central point of contact for our clients, ensuring that budget, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • You will monitor project execution, prepare reports, and ensure structured project documentation.
  • You will lead the project team on site, coordinate external partners, and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

THAT'S YOU

  • Successfully completed industry-specific vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on event management, media production, or related fields
  • Several years of experience as a project manager in the event industry, ideally in an international context and within live production environments
  • Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in innovative solutions in audio, video, and network technology
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for extended assignments abroad
  • Assertiveness, natural leadership skills, and a solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a structured, precise approach to work
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Vectorworks, Easyjob, or comparable ERP systems (an advantage)
