Join us as Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You primarily manage Pre-Sales tasks in coordination with the Sales team for the sub-regions BeNeLux, Nordics, Poland, and Baltics, with flexibility to support other sub-regions within EMEA.
  • You consult with customers, system integrators, consultants, and Riedel staff to design systems that meet and exceed client requirements both technologically and commercially.
  • You produce detailed technical proposals and respond to RFP/RFI tenders as required.
  • You act as the technical ambassador of Riedel by delivering product and technology demonstrations, ensuring customers and partners are well-equipped with product knowledge.
  • You participate in public engagements, including events, tradeshows, and panels as required.
  • You assist the Professional Services and Services teams in project implementation and organize or deliver demos, POCs, and solution presentations onsite or online.
  • You proactively educate clients and business partners to enhance their product knowledge, technical skills, and technical sales capabilities.

THAT'S YOU

  • Successfully completed university studies or occupational training in electrical engineering, communications, audio/video engineering, or IT
  • Pre-Sales or engineering experience required
  • Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to prioritize duties and projects effectively
  • Understanding of the Broadcast/Media Technology market, including baseband/IP broadcast and intercom communication systems, audio, and video technologies
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, CAD, and experience with CRMs and project management tools
  • Maximum flexibility and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Willingness to travel frequently and live within reach of a major airport; proximity to Hilversum or other Riedel offices (Liège, Gent) is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages relevant to the sub-region are a plus
