RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. To cover our customers' needs holistically, we are divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology & Riedel Networks!  

Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You effectively communicate and share information with clients and the team.
  • You show a high degree of flexibility and are willing to travel worldwide to exciting events and race tracks.
  • You love being a team player in a diverse and international team, with the ability to think across domains and collaborate closely with other functions.
  • You quickly adapt to changing situations while maintaining superb attention to detail and delivering work to the highest standard.
  • You are always seeking improvement and value constructive feedback.

THAT'S YOU

  • You have knowledge of common network topologies and protocols, including operational experience with Aruba, Fortinet, pfSense, Mellanox, and Cisco.
  • You are familiar with PRTG and keep up to date with the latest technology trends, with an affinity for open source systems.
  • You enjoy the holistic implementation of projects.
  • You have excellent English language skills; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of HP Server and VMware ESX is an advantage.
  • Experience with radio, intercom, audio, and IT technology is an advantage.
  • You hold a valid driving licence (advantage).
