Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, plan, and operate large-scale, interconnected RF systems in live production environments
  • Take ownership of frequency management and overall system coordination
  • Configure and program end devices and base stations – on-site or remotely via software solutions
  • Integrate, test, and fine-tune complex RF components within IP-based architectures
  • Act as the central link between sales, operations, and customer project teams
  • Drive technical excellence for an internationally recognized product line
  • Ensure documentation, quality assurance, and continuous process improvements
  • Share your expertise by delivering training sessions for colleagues, partners, and customers – empowering others and enabling long-term knowledge growth

THAT'S YOU

  • Several years of hands-on experience in RF technologies (frequency management, device & base station configuration)
  • Proven background in managing large, interconnected RF systems
  • Strong understanding of remote configuration, automation, and software-based RF network management
  • Solid networking know-how (IP, routing, security) – ideally at the intersection of RF and IT
  • Willingness to travel internationally and confidently lead customer-facing projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can make complex topics easy to understand
  • A natural trainer and mentor, with the ability to inspire and transfer knowledge
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with a passion for system interconnectivity
