YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You commercially support and help drive direct and indirect opportunities, maximizing commercial outcomes while delivering compelling propositions to customers.
  • You support global sales functions in defining appropriate service offerings and pricing to meet customer requirements.
  • You develop and implement an action plan to increase SLA sales revenue, including a targeted account list.
  • You sell both directly and together with channel partners (agents, distributors, system integrators, dealers) and develop, implement, and manage joint sales, marketing, and support strategies.
  • You provide regular activity reports to the Executive Director of Customer Success and Sales, including contacted accounts, business forecasts, and planned activities.
  • You lead customer negotiations covering both commercial and contractual terms.
  • You build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal support departments.

THAT'S YOU

  • Experience in commercial, financial, legal, or contract management, including drafting and understanding SLA contractual clauses.
  • Proven sales experience negotiating complex and large service packages.
  • Solid understanding of service organizations and relevant industry standards.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the use of complex formulas.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a professional, confident, and personable manner.
  • Excellent planning skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours when required by deadlines.
