YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You deliver commissioning and training services, either on-site or remotely.
  • You work closely with Riedel teams and customers to organise and prepare on-site services, including all required content and materials.
  • You collaborate with Project Management and Pre-Sales to create and follow Scope of Work documents and manage customer expectations professionally throughout the project.
  • You ensure that all pre- and post-commissioning documentation is complete, up to date and properly handed over to the relevant Customer Service teams.
  • You work collaboratively within the Customer Success team to collect, organise and share knowledge on products, industry standards, new technologies and best practices.
  • You support Demo and Pre-Sales teams in complex demo, POC and exhibition setups and lead cross-departmental projects when required.

THAT'S YOU

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant market field, ideally broadcast or entertainment Audio/Video
  • Willingness to travel and high mobility
  • Solid experience with broadcast production workflows
  • Knowledge of digital media standards, especially video and audio over IP (e.g. SMPTE 2110)
  • Understanding of network architectures and deployments (a plus)
  • Completed university degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. CCNA, ACE, IT, electrical or communications engineering)
  • Strong customer communication skills, troubleshooting mindset and a self-organised, team-oriented working style
  • Fluent English and German (additional languages are a plus)
