YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily project and administrative support throughout the department, including scheduling and providing regular business reporting
  • Coordinate and support efforts throughout the whole technical services delivery cycle, including product demos, commissioning, training related activities and on-boarding new colleagues and partners
  • Update and maintain accurate data within business systems related to projects, process documentation, templates, resources, schedules, and skills supporting system information accuracy and project methodology
  • Directly coordinate with customers, pre-sales, sales, and the projects team to provide operational scheduling, logistics, and project support
  • Oversee the successful introduction and execution of internal business projects, processes and methodologies including governance management, methodologies, business tools and databases maintenance;
  • Work with other members of the extended department, troubleshooting, minimising inefficiencies and working collaborative on continuous improvement initiatives and business improvements.
  • Prepare for internal and external events and meetings, including but not limited to coordinating and inviting attendees, preparing agendas, collating and distributing documents

THAT'S YOU

  • Relevant professional work experience with strong communication skills in a technology, engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably in an international business environment
  • Excellent skills in data and business analysis, data presentation and project reporting
  • Forward-looking and strong organisational skills are a must.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English, German and any other language would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with customer relationship management (SalesForce preferred), and PSA tools.
  • Knowledge of project management work flows would be an advantage.
