YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the delivery of commissioning and training services on-site or remotely
  • Working in conjunction with Riedel teams and customers as appropriate to organise and prepare for onsite services including all content and materials needed
  • Working with Project Management and Pre-Sales teams to create and follow Scope of Work statement documents, and professionally managing client expectations throughout the project
  • Ensure all pre-commissioning documentation is up-to-date and coordinated
  • Ensure all post-commissioning documentation is complete and properly handed over ton relevant Customer Service teams, and knowledge/documentation is conveyed
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Customer Success team to collect, organise and share knowledge of products, industry standards, new technologies and best practices
  • Assist the Demo teams and Pre-Sales teams in complex set ups for demos / POC’s / exhibitions and/or lead necessary cross-department projects

THAT'S YOU

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and or entertainment Audio/Video market.
  • Mobility and willingness to travel is a must.
  •  Experience in broadcast production workflow is essential to this role.
    Knowledge of new digital media standards with focus on video and audio over IP / SMPTE 2110.
  • Experience in understanding network architecture and deployment is a plus.
  •  Successfully completed university studies or completed equivalent trainee program e.g. CCNA, ACE or equivalent degree in Information Technology degree, electrical engineering, or communications engineering.
  • Passion about communication to customers and troubleshooting.
  •  Self-organised and capable to self-educate on new technologies.
  • Team player that fits the personality and basic setting of an international, medium-sized company
  • Loyalty, reliability and personal integrity
  • English speaking is a must (other languages are a plus)
