YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage and optimize digital materials management processes to improve customer experience and streamline operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of the digital materials management processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital tools and systems that support the materials management processes
  • Identify customer pain points and work with the team to develop solutions that address them
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations

THAT'S YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in materials management process management, preferably in a digital environment
  • Strong customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and systems used in materials management processes
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding of relevant policies, procedures and regulations
