Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a thrilling experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for the operational planning, organisation and execution of the projects in close cooperation with our specialist departments, taking into account all technological and commercial aspects
  • Systematically development of the series by extending the services for our customers in cooperation with our sales team
  • Contribution of innovation and improvements to continuously expand the service portfolio and the service quality in cooperation with our development teams
  • Control of the operational implementation and preparation of reports and documentation throughout the entire project process
  • Leading and overall responsibility of the project team on site as well as coordination of external staff and service providers

THAT'S YOU

  • Industry-specific successfully completed apprenticeship or university degree
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the event industry in an international environment - motorsport experience or experience in automotive sector is a plus
  • Enforcement skills, leadership qualities and ability to work in a solution-oriented manner
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to build and manage relationships effectively, both internally and externally
  • Good knowledge of methodological techniques for project planning and management
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel very frequently/intensively internationally
