As a result of our continued growth, Riedel Communications United Arab Emirates in Dubai is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate to join our Sales team.

Your responsibilities

Riedel Communications ME FZ-LLC is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our Dubai office and supporting the Sales team in the Middle East.

  • ·         Support of the Sales team both operationally as well as organisationally, from ad-hoc support to professional project work;
  • ·         Organisation, structuring and execution of all administrative and organisational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business;
  • ·         Organisation and coordinate the day-to-day business including appointment management as well as travel bookings and visa applications;
  • ·         First contact person for vendors, such as our health insurance and office suppliers.

Who are you?

Education

Associate’s degree, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualifications

Expertise

  • ·         Relevant professional work experience in the broadcast or AV industry, preferably in an international business environment;
  • ·         Strong customer orientation and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics in a solution-oriented manner;
  • ·         Empathy, networked thinking, forward-looking and -planning actions as well as strong organisational skills;
  • ·        Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic, any other language would be an advantage.
