Riedel Communications, founded in 1987, designs, manufactures and distributes innovative real-time networks for IP, Video, Audio and Communications.   •  Assist with deploying our customer success strategic vision
  • Work closely with our customer facing team members and management team, to collate feedback, build change requests and define solutions to challenges seen
  • Present new ideas to management and team members that will fit in with the strategic vision for the department
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Document and train users on workflow changes
  • Reproduce and diagnose problems found by our team members relating to our CRM and Customer Success applications, with the aim to self-solve or with vendor assistance
  • Ongoing maintenance of SaaS configuration (provisioning & deploying updates) for various CRM and Customer Success applications - Assist with data integrity and analytics

Your Profile:

  • An interest and natural talent to learn and use new Customer Service & CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SaaS systems & tools - Awareness and self-development of external customer success/support technologies
  • Flexibility to work within the office (home/remote) but also to travel to worldwide events
  • Self-organized and capable to self-educate on new process, tools and technologies
  • Natural authority, sociable and open personality 
  • English speaking is a must; additional languages are a plus

Professional Expertise:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (ideal)
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira (ideal)
  • An understanding of software, mobile app and website development (ideal) 
  • Experience with Power BI (Ideal) - Proficiency with Excel (Pivots & formulas) to assist with analytical skills
  • An understanding of database structure & design
