For our headquarters in Wuppertal we are hiring an

Assistant CEO Product Division (m/f/d)


  • Support of the CEO Product Division both operationally as well as organisationally, from ad-hoc support to professional project work
  • Organisation, structuring and execution of all administrative and organisational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business
  • On-time preparation of decision templates, analyses, presentations and minutes for Management-Team-Meetings, steering committees and "Jours-Fixes", preparation of briefings and management summaries
  • Organisation and coordinate the day-to-day business including appointment management as well as travel bookings and the corresponding travel expense reports


  • University degree, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional work experience in a C-level assistant role, preferably in an international business environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics in a solution-oriented manner
  • Empathy, networked thinking, forward-looking and -planning actions as well as strong organisational skills
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and German, any other language would be an advantage
