Riedel Communications includes a large Managed Technologies Division that provides radio and intercom services, event IT solutions as well as fiber-based and wireless audio and video transmission systems for major events such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups or our latest success story, the 36th America's Cup.


We are looking for a new employee for the MT division and want to hire a diplomatic personality with profound knowledge in the broadcast industry for the position Product Manager (m/w/d) Intercom


  • Leading cross-functional development teams (Software, Hardware, different BU’s)
  • Observing the broadcast market and analyzing the usage of RIEDEL products, especially intercom systems
  • Identifying market opportunities and tracking technology trends
  • Reviewing new product requirements from existing customers
  • Developing product strategies and roadmaps to expand the usage of our products, improve margins and enhance our competitive position
  • Managing new product launches while maintaining the agreed upon financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Consulting of internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the sales department to place RIEDEL technologies on the market
  • Documenting these activities and training of colleagues
  • Organizational development of the Product Management itself
  • Representing RIEDEL at trade shows, conferences and events


  • Several years of proven experience in a relevant market area of RIEDEL, ideally in broadcast, event, sports and live performance
  • Knowledge of technologies in relevant areas such as communication, audio and video technologies as well as IT-based systems
  • personality is key! - We are looking for a business-minded, outgoing and approachable individual with strong persuasive skills who is able to interact and present at C-level
  • Agile mindset and collaborative work mode
  • mobility and willingness to travel
  • fluent English is a must, German language skills are a great plus
