  • Full responsibility for the achievement of sales and profit contribution objectives given in the sales region
  • Sales account management in all relevant market segments (AV/Fixed Installation and Corporate accounts) including developing the current channels
  • Creating and developing new long term business and market opportunities for the Rental market
  • Negotiate contracts, framework agreements and service level agreements
  • Maintaining intensive contacts with clients to identify long-term time trends in demand and supply behaviour
  • Working closely with the local team and the other divisions to implement the findings from market and competitive analysis, in particular product management, production, marketing and project management
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and events


  • A passion for technology and understanding of IT-based systems and their business models
  • Sales experience in a relevant market field, ideally in Rental, Broadcast or in the AV & Fixed Installation market
  • Knowledge of communication, audio and video technology
  • Knowledge of the essential tools for negotiation and problem solving
  • Capability to manage direct relationships with customers and clients
  • Business-minded personality, sociable and with an outgoing personality
  • Team player willing to collaborate closely with the local organization and company functions
  • Mobility and willingness to travel
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
