  • Full responsibility for system design, service and support within the sales region
  • Consult with customers, system integrators and Riedel sales staff to design solutions that meet and exceed client requirements both technologically and commercially
  • Analyse customer needs and manage customer expectations
  • Interface with customers to control and minimize issues and challenges
  • Manage customer projects
  • Design, set-up and deliver compelling product/solution demonstrations that closely emulate client needs
  • Facilitate the sales process and provide after sales support to partners and customers
  • Coordinate and perform on-site service, demo and training across the region
  • Receive calls and emails and answer technical requests (troubleshooting)
  • Report major technical issues to headquarters (Service and Product Management)
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events


  • Successfully completed university studies or completed trainee program e.g. in electrical engineering, communications engineering
  • Proven service and/or support experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the (outside) broadcast and entertainment market
  • Well versed in Audio/ Video standards, familiar with upcoming trends and able to translate the customer’s goals into clear solutions that can be easily explained with a mixture of Riedel and third party products (as required)
  • Experience in interactions and presentations at B-Level and knowledge of the essential tools for self-management, negotiation and problem solving
  • Capability to manage direct relationships with customers as well as to establish and maintain partnerships with distribution partners and SI’s
  • Team player that fits the personality and basic setting of an international, medium-sized company
  • Self-organized and capable to self-educate on new technologies
  • Able to perform well under pressure
  • English and Spanish fluency is a must
