As a result of our continued growth, Riedel Communications is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate as Executive Director Global Sales Operations (m/f/d) to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Manager is to enable and support the growth of our global customer base through successful adoption of technology, processes and strategies that match and exceed our customer expectations and Riedel’s overall business goals. You will be the ambassador of customer success and will align our sales organization and all corporate and supporting functions to the same goals.
As a Sales Operations Manager you will lead improvement initiatives to enable a frictionless end-to-end customer centric processes. You and your team take care of everything our customer facing team need to have in place to be successful in their day-to-day activities.
