Riedel Communications, founded in 1987, designs, manufactures and distributes innovative real-time networks for IP, Video, Audio and Communications. Its products are used for broadcast, pro-audio, event, sports, theatre and security applications worldwide. The company is known for pioneering digital audio matrix systems and fibre-based real-time network technology.

Riedel Group is headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany and employs over 600 people in 20 locations throughout Europe, Australia, Asia and the Americas. In our sales region Asia & the Pacific, Riedel's regional management hub is located in Singapore.

As a result of continued growth, Riedel Communications is looking to hire a talented and motivated candidate to join our Team in Singapore. This position reports directly to the Sales Director APAC.

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the operative day-to-day business as well as taking over administrative and organizational tasks on your own responsibility
  • Interface and contact person in the sales region Singapore and supporting the sales team and independent preparation of quotations
  • Administrative management at the office
  • Contact person for employees, customers and business partners
  • Establishing and maintaining good relations with our customers by telephone, e-mail, etc.
  • Welcoming guests and looking after our external customers
  • Preparation of statistics, evaluations, presentations and reports
  • Travel management including travel bookings and hotel reservations as well as general secretarial tasks

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable apprenticeship
  • Initial work experience as an assistant or experience in office management and sales administration
  • Interest in technical projects and complex product solutions
  • Confident, professional appearance and a strong service orientation towards internal and external customers
  • Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as high social competence in cooperation with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Business fluent in English and Chinese, any other language is an advantage
